Operations Head

, you will:

Oversee

day-to-day operations

across all group entities: VTR Fuels stations, Bilimoria retail operations, and Wine Palace outlets Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently to ensure seamless business flow Coordinate closely with sales, finance, logistics, procurement, and HR teams Maintain operational controls, inventory, compliance, and safety procedures Implement performance monitoring systems and drive continuous process improvements Regularly report performance metrics and strategic insights to the CEO and board.

Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA, M.Com, M.SC)

Experience

10?-15 years in operations, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or multi-unit businesses

Candidate Profile

Male candidate, hardworking, capable of heavy workload, highly organized
