Objectives of this role
Handle sales of our Solar, UPS, Inverter Industrial batteries in assigned territory
Develop B2B / OEM clients
Achieve Sales Targets set for the region (Karnataka / Tamil Nadu) - monthly.
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's regional reach
Appoint, train, motivate and advise OEMs and coach them
Ensure that company sales targets are met every month by holding daily/weekly and monthly reviews
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with due diligence.
Prior experience in direct B2B sales in Solar / UPS batteries mandatory
Required skills and qualifications
8+ years of experience in Solar /UPS / Inverter battery sales/marketing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb leadership ability
