Key Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis to identify and develop customers for ODC products.
Monitor competitor activity, lost business, and market intelligence to drive sales strategy.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and support pan-India sales planning.
Build and manage strong relationships with key, global, and high-value accounts.
Finalize national sales plans and customer visit strategies with sales teams and agents.
Ensure timely inquiries, sales MIS, reporting, and achievement of sales targets.
Coordinate with operations, inventory, M&R, and internal teams for smooth execution and issue resolution.
Support freight negotiations, approvals, and customer problem-solving to ensure retention.
Coach, monitor, hire, and develop sales teams to build future leaders.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management for service and business improvement.
Technical Skills
Sales MIS, reporting, booking, and inventory projection analysis
