Who you are:
Ensuring that staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets
and performance standards.
Assist Team leaders to support customer's research problems, consulting with more
experienced scientists when necessary
Develop positive customer and colleague relations
Managing the SLA for the tech services team under the span of control.
Manage activities across the team to achieve customer satisfaction
Lead project(s) through to successful implementation.
Help transform the customer experience via the implementation of new support tools and
processes
Handling new business opportunities and acting as the face of the business.
Your Role:
Mentoring and training the leaders and high potentials
Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.
Arranging & chairing leadership meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
Implementing new initiatives.
Involved in the recruitment of new staff.
Create a positive working environment.
Providing prompt and accurate information on individual performance.
Develop Strategic plan of the department in line with the stakeholder & regional alignment
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
