Job Title: Relationship Manager - End User Segment
Overview:
Sales, Business Development, Business Expansion, Networking, Order Processing, Customer
Interaction, Quotation Processing, Customer Inquiry Handling, Identifying New Market
Opportunities, Ensuring Customer Satisfaction, Close Coordination with Business Managers,
Internal Communication with Business Head/Segment Head, MIS.
Reports To: Business Manager / Brand Head / Segment Head
Qualification:
? B.Tech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical, or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical / Any
Graduate
? 2-6 years of relevant work experience in Industrial Sales (Wires, Cables, Switchgears,
Electrical Products)
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Sales
? Accountable for maintaining and growing sales of the company's products in the
Industrial area- End Users
? Responsible for achieving assigned annual targets
? Ensure maximum monthly incentives against basket parameters in the Employee
Performance Monitoring Program
? Improve quotation conversion ratio.
? Ensure timely collection of payments from End User customers as per their credit limits
and assigned credit period
After Sales Service
? Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer delight
? Take regular feedback from End-User customers regarding VISL products and services
Additional Skills:
? Strong crisis management and time management abilities
? Assertive, detail-oriented, and proactive
? Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
