Roles and Resposibilities:

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly driven Manager to support the growth and scalability of our Trucks Partner Lifecycle programs.
Key Responsibilities:Manage BAU operations for existing launches across awareness, adherence, and retention activities Own city-level interventions for stabilizing new and existing categories Lead Voice of Partner (VoP) feedback loops and drive actionable improvements Manage communication workflows (awareness campaigns, opt-ins, performance nudges) Collaborate with Analytics, DS, and City Ops teams to develop and implement solutions Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and reports for leadership Support experimentation workstreams for partner engagement and adherence improvement Ensure timely execution of partner lifecycle initiatives in coordination with city teams

Skill:

+ Strong execution ownership with ability to manage multiple city-scale operations independently + Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills + High comfort with data analysis, performance tracking, and deriving actionable insights + Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * + Experience in managing communications and partner engagement initiatives is preferred
