Role Summary

The Node.js & React.js Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of modern full-stack applications built on JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and cloud-native architectures. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution design, people management, and close collaboration with global stakeholders to drive high-quality digital solutions for Deloitte's clients.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

Lead solution design and technical architecture for scalable and secure web applications. Define system architecture, microservices design, integration patterns, and cloud strategy. Review design documents, code, and ensure adherence to Deloitte quality standards.

Full Stack Development Leadership

Provide hands-on technical leadership across:

Node.js (Express/Nest.js)

React.js / Next.js

TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)

REST APIs / GraphQL Build reusable components, frameworks, and performance-optimized code.

Cloud & DevOps

Architect and deploy applications on

AWS / Azure / GCP

. Guide teams using: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps) Docker, Kubernetes, serverless functions Ensure application scalability, observability, and automation.

Delivery & Project Management

Lead multiple project teams of developers, tech leads, and architects. Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and end-to-end delivery. Set development standards, ensure coding excellence, and drive best practices.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions. Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectures. Support presales activities such as RFP responses, estimations, and presentations.

Security, Quality & Compliance

Implement secure coding standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, role-based access). Drive unit testing, automated testing, and quality reviews. * Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance with Deloitte methodologies
