Job Summary
Athenian Professional is hiring a disciplined and growth-oriented
Academy Manager
for its
Itanagar Academy
. The Academy Manager will be responsible for
overall academy operations, batch management, student handling, trainer coordination, admissions, compliance, and brand standards
, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and quality education delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Academy Operations & Administration
Manage daily academy operations and class schedules
Ensure timely opening, closing, and smooth running of batches
Maintain discipline, hygiene, and professional academy environment
Ensure classrooms, equipment, and training stations are well maintained
2. Batch, Student & Trainer Management
Plan and manage batches (basic, advanced, professional courses)
Handle student admissions, inquiries, follow-ups, and counseling
Coordinate with trainers for class schedules and syllabus completion
Ensure trainer attendance, performance, and teaching quality
Address student concerns and maintain satisfaction
3. Admissions, Sales & Revenue
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Convert walk-in inquiries into enrollments
Promote academy courses and offers as per company guidelines
Maintain student database and follow-ups
4. SOP, Discipline & Compliance
Ensure all academy SOPs are followed strictly
Enforce dress code, grooming, and attendance rules for students & trainers
Maintain proper records: attendance, fees, certificates, assessments
Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within academy premises
5. Reporting & Corporate Coordination
Share daily and weekly academy reports with Head Office
Send batch updates, student photos, class activities, and grooming pics
Coordinate with salon, operations, HR, and marketing teams
Prepare academy for audits and management reviews
6. Inventory, Assets & Facility Management
Maintain academy tools, products, kits, and equipment
Track usage and raise purchase requests when required
Ensure cleanliness, laundry, and waste management
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum
3-7 years
experience in beauty academy / training institute
Strong knowledge of beauty, hair, makeup, or cosmetology education
Excellent communication and counseling skills
Leadership and team-handling capability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, CRM)
Target-driven and disciplined approach
