Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing the configuration, implementation, and support aspects of E2O TMS, Delivery Connect (DHL last-mile delivery application), MySC (DHL customer portal), Data Analytical Tools, and any other auxiliary application required for Transport operations
Manage Transport IT products implementation and support.
Build strong working relationships with Country Management teams and Regional/Global Product Management teams.
Manage deployment/implementation of regional TMS products and their support.
Monitor application performance and manage budget for applications and development.
Provide documentation, reports, analysis, and improvement plans.
Requirements

Minimum 8+ experience in product management - TMS.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience of Database querying, Reporting & BI tools usage (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableau).
Qualification:
University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding/Logistics sector.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
