- As IT Operations Manager you are the technical Owner of the Xcelerator Marketplace platform.
- Ensure the platform is technically managed based on IT processes and ITIL 3.0 standards.
- As SME for Data Protection and Cyber Security you secure with your partners all relevant topics as CERT testing, protection concepts etc., based on European Law and Siemens security standards.
- Run the technical continuous improvement program to enhance the IT service for the Xcelerator platform.
- Support the platform architect with new enhancements based on release information of the platform vendor.
- You have successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar.
- You have several years of experience in delivering technical IT services, as well as in working with and managing platform vendors in IT application environments.
- You have a very good understanding in ITIL 3.0 processes and data security and cyber security functions.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts.
- You have strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally at all levels of an organization.
- Solid commercial, numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce application is must.
- Experience with previous implementation of Salesforce eCommerce is preferred.
- Business (negotiation) fluent in English; German language knowledge will be an advantage.
