- Qualification: B.E/ B.S.C/ B.C.A in IT/Computers or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Production support
- Experience with Linux/Windows OS environment
- Experience in shell scripting
- Good to have experience on Apache SOLR/ Elastic Search
- Prior experience of supporting and maintaining production system critical to business
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
