Description:

- Understanding Branch IT set up, Risk involved and Controls

-Managing and monitoring Local systems and protecting them from external threats and ensuring compliance with local/HO guideline

- Handling advisories, alerts, circulars issued by local regulator. Coordinating with HO for HO based system and submitting timely and accurate responses

-Drafting local policies and process manual covering entire IT set up at Branch

-Coordinating with external parties e.g. regulators/auditors/ vendors and addressing their queries/concerns and providing smooth services.

- Handling IT procurement by following internal policies and with effective negotiation with vendor.

- Ensuring semiannually IS Audit for the Branch. Engaging empaneled firm, providing them with data/ information and assisting them in completing the audit and presenting the same to management

- Handling Group Auditor, Statutory Auditor and other auditor by providing them proper and timely data with proper clarifications on issues/controls etc.

- Handling Branch Operational Risk related requirements pertaining to IT desk e.g. KRSCA/KORI, Outsourcing Review etc.

- Managing and monitoring critical outsourcing IT contract for the Branch.

- Ensuring timely and proper submission of IT related regulatory returns

-Understanding data security/Cyber and other information risk for the branch and informing relevant teams on occurrence of any breach incident.

- Managing and monitoring all network equipment and ensuring security of data/information. Anti -Virus Management.

-Ensuring change/log, Patch and incident management

-Proper inventory management including maintaining system architecture documents.

- Driving IT project and ensuring timely completion of project with quality output.

- Running BCM and DR program for the Branch.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,779.35 - ₹1,270,978.14 per year
