Role ISMS Representative/ Administrator
Department -
Information Security Management System (ISO 27001)
Key Responsibilities
Develop / Review / Update Information Security Policies and Procedures to comply with ISO 27001: 2022 requirements.
Prepare / Review of ISMS Procedures / Documents based on requirements
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Implementation of Information Security requirements
Identify applicable National / International Laws / Regulations related to Information Security and coordinate with Legal Dept. for its compliance.
Plan and conduct ISMS Awareness / Training Programs for Employees, Internal Auditors etc. within the organization
Ensure Periodic review of Risk Registers along with Risk Owners
Review of Events / Incidents reported and Coordinate with related functions for close outs.
Prepare / Update "Information Security Event / Incident Register"
Coordinate with Auditees for Internal Audits, Audit Reports and Closure of Internal / External Audit Findings.
Ensure Root Cause Analysis by concerned auditee for determining corrective actions for the identified audit non-conformities.
Monitor the close out of audit findings. Verify effectiveness of actions taken.
Conducting periodic management review meetings, preparing minutes of meeting
Support functions, location leads, and responsible persons to Prepare for External Audit
Communicate internally regarding matters related to ISMS
Identify and implement Best Security Practices
