Roles and Responsibilities
:
- Inviting Quotation from multiple vendors, basic negotiation
- Creation of Purchase Order
- Basic Knowledge of Procuring IT (Desktop, Laptop, iPad/Tablet) Goods and services
- Creation comparison for the Vendor Quotations
- Co-ordination with vendor for delivery and Documentation work
- InterCompany Departmental Co-Ordination.
- Monthly MIS Reporting in Excel
- Good Communication skill verbal and email
- Open PO Monitoring on Monthly Basis, followup with vendor/Internal for closure
- New Vendor Onboarding in Organisation
- Knowledge to Test new Changes done in SAP System
