Essential Functions:

• Responsible for handling IT Infrastructure for INSZoom globally.
• Responsible for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of data center technology systems and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
• Ensures the operation is in accordance with established procedures and practices.
• Works with the team to manage overall IT day-to-day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end-user satisfaction. Also responsible for recruiting, training and coaching new employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Assesses the relative impact of IT industry trends to current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects. Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Monitors the performance of infrastructure equipment coordinates equipment installation and delivery schedules.
• Identifies requirements for infrastructure and operation expansion based on current and projected activity.
• Adheres to the IT Infrastructure ITIL framework policies and procedures (including incident, problem, change, configuration, and capacity management) to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to controlled IT infrastructure, in order to minimize the number and impact of any related incidents on service.
• Participates in IT strategy planning activities, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of infrastructure technology and systems and best practices as related to the needs of the business.
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
