Job Description

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS and Linux OS.
Knowledge of Windows Servers and network infrastructure.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of Firewall policy, IPSEC and SSP VPN management.
Manage and maintain ISMS policies and rules.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Team Management: Supervising and developing IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Project Management: Leading and managing IT projects, from initial planning to execution and closure.
Managing Digitalization projects
Infrastructure Management: Ensuring the smooth and secure operation of computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Managing Annual Maintenance contracts of IT infrastructure.
Budget Management: Developing and managing the IT budget, including procuring hardware and software.
Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect data and systems from threats.
Knowledge of cyber security.
Vendor Relations: Negotiating with IT vendors to purchase hardware, software, and services.
Managing & coordinating with vendors in both Gurgaon & Bangalore location.
Policy Development: Creating and enforcing IT policies and procedures, such as security protocols and acceptable use policies.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting IT issues and implementing solutions to ensure business continuity.
Coordination & Continuous Improvement: Staying up to date with the latest IT technologies and trends and implementing them to improve efficiency and productivity.
Co-ordinate with Japan HQ IT team on project, reporting and IT policies.
