An IT Manager oversees a company's technology operations, managing staff, infrastructure (networks, servers, software), security, and budgets to align IT with business goals, ensuring systems run efficiently, securely, and support growth through planning, implementation, and strategic decision-making. Key duties include leading IT teams, developing policies, handling projects, disaster recovery, and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:
: Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. : Recruit, train, mentor, and manage IT staff (support, network admins, etc.). : Maintain and optimize servers, networks, hardware, software, and applications. : Implement security protocols, manage data protection, and ensure compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001). : Oversee IT projects, from upgrades to new implementations, ensuring timely delivery. : Manage IT budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and work with third-party vendors. : Create and manage business continuity and disaster recovery plans. : Work with other departments to identify needs and provide tech solutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT management or relevant roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware/software.
• Expertise in network administration, data center management, and cybersecurity.
