About The Job:

• Data Factory Team Leader - SAP BI/BW, Power BI, Tableau

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the DevOps data factory team to ensure efficient and effective data operations.
• Assist in demand management to prioritize and allocate resources based on business needs.
• Oversee the decommissioning of SAP BI legacy systems, ensuring a smooth transition to new technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for data integration, transformation, and visualization.
• Utilize Power BI and Tableau to create comprehensive and actionable data reports and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms.
• Monitor and optimize data workflows to maintain high performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data technologies and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Experience Required: 8 - 11 years of experience
• Extensive experience in data management and analytics, with a strong background in SAP BI/BW.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Functional Skills/Competencies:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
