Petrochemicals: Adani Group is making significant strides in the petrochemical landscape with the establishment of its inaugural petrochemical complex, named Green PVC. This initiative aligns with our broader strategy in the petrochemicals, oil & gas, and downstream sectors.The Petrochemicals Business Unit is spearheading the Green PVC project, which entails a substantial investment of INR 26,000 crore. This investment is focused on integrating the acetylene route to facilitate sustainable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) manufacturing. Currently in the execution phase, the project is on track to deliver its first product by June 2026.
Job Purpose: The IT Infrastructure Senior Team Member ensures the seamless operation, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure across PETCHEM's headquarters and site locations. This role is responsible for managing networks, servers, storage, and IT service delivery while optimizing system performance, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement in IT infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Senior Team Member (HO&Site)-PETCHEM
Infrastructure Operations & Performance Optimization:
Ensure uninterrupted business operations by managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud-based solutions.
Strengthen IT security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure network configurations.
Improve system resilience by proactively monitoring infrastructure health, performing capacity planning, and implementing performance enhancements.
IT Service Delivery & Business Continuity:
Enhance service reliability by managing vendor contracts, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with third-party providers for infrastructure support.
Ensure business resilience by designing and maintaining disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, and failover mechanisms, minimizing downtime through regular testing, scenario planning, and system failover drills.
Infrastructure Budgeting & Cost Optimization:
Optimize IT expenditures by managing CAPEX and OPEX for infrastructure investments, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial accountability.
Ensure financial accuracy by tracking IT asset depreciation, evaluating procurement decisions, and aligning spending with business priorities.
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring IT infrastructure meets industry standards such as ISO 27001 and other security certifications.
Drive infrastructure innovation by researching emerging technologies, leading pilot implementations, and optimizing cloud and hybrid IT environments.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/B.Sc degree in CS/ IT and certification in ITSM.
Work Experience (Range of years):
5-10 years of experience in infrastructure management, network and security operations, service delivery, vendor management, budget oversight, and project coordination.
