We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Manager Investor Relations to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy. As a manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing Vertozs Investor relations and strategic positioning.

What you will do:

• Investor Communication: Support the preparation of investor communications by providing accurate and relevant financial information. Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to ensure all communications align with strategic objectives.
• Market and Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, financial performance, and competitor activities. Provide insights on investor activity and analyzing financial trends, competitor behavior, and shareholder issues.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business decisions and investor presentations. Analyze financial data to provide forecasts, valuation insights, and scenario analysis.
• Pitch Deck Creation: Design and prepare engaging pitch decks and investor presentations. Ensure that all materials clearly articulate the companys value proposition, strategic vision, and financial performance.
• Relationship Management: Representing Vertoz at industry events, conferences and investor meeting. Support the coordination of investor meetings and interactions. Ensure that investor inquiries are addressed with accurate and timely information.
• Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making processes. Supporting M&A activities, fundraising efforts and other strategic projects. Co-ordinating with subsidiaries and partners to align with their strategic goals
• Reporting: Create and present regular reports on financial performance, investor metrics, and key performance indicators. Track and report on investor feedback and engagement.
• Compliance: Ensure all investor relations activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.

• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related fields. Proven experience in financial modeling and pitch deck creation is essential.
• Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field. A Masters in Finance or advanced qualifications (e.g., CA or CFA) are preferred.
• Experience with public companies or in a brokerage firm is advantageous.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software. Strong presentation and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets, investor relations best practices, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with pitch deck design and
