Position Title: Manager- Investor Relations Job Location- Gurgaon Job Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the shareholding data\xe2\x80\xa2 Support the initiative activities\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the process of preparing Annual Report front end\xe2\x80\xa2 Perform a detailed study of any successful low-cost carrier and share a White Paper for collective benefit of the team\xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate the performance of other non-listed companies from their ROC filings and bring valuable insights to the overall competition benchmarking exercise (point C below)\xe2\x80\xa2 Identify best practices of IR function which can be adopted\xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze DGCA data on monthly basis and summer and winter schedule analysis as and when they are prepared Quarterly IR Activities\xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in the quarterly result related activities.
