Designation: International Sales (BDM)Type : Full TimePayroll: On Roll and PermanentJob descriptionRoles and Responsibilities- Communicating with customers and giving feedback to inquiries related to our product.- Taking follow-up with Customers to turn inquiries into orders.- Conducting calls with foreign customers to understand and work on their pain areas.- Coordinating with Design Department to visualize the needs of customers.- Preparing Quotations, giving Order Acceptance, and acknowledging the client regarding the dispatch date of their order.- To maintain collaborative culture across all departments.- To hold internal meetings, to check everything is under control.- Preparing reports for management to monitor the growth of the company and Individuals.- Assuring with Production Team that the product is ready in a specified time and confirming the quality check.- Develop freight shipment solutions for improvements and/or closing gaps.- Facilitate the Packing team about the handling of cargo according to industry standards or sector requirements.- Follow up for payment.- Good knowledge of internationally recognized rules which define the responsibilities of sellers and buyersRequired Candidate profile :1. Excellent communication skills: The ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages, both written and verbal, is essential for international sales executives. They should also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.2. Strong sales skills: International sales executives should have a proven track record of sales success and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.3. Cultural awareness and sensitivity: As an international sales executive, you will be working with clients and colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds.
