We need a disciplined and results-oriented International Sales Executive to drive export sales, manage global customers, and expand our presence in key markets. The role calls for someone who understands international trade, communicates with authority, and can close deals without handholding.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new international leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Manage end-to-end export sales cycle: enquiries, sampling, costing, negotiations, order finalization.
Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
Track competition, study global market trends, and propose actionable insights.c.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in
international B2B sales
(manufacturing/export background strongly preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, HS codes, freight coordination, and payment terms.
Ability to handle multiple clients across time zones.
Proficiency in email communication, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Self-driven, structured, and able to deliver under pressure.
