Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Manager - International Inside Sales to lead our inside sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base in international markets through remote sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in international markets.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives across different regions.

3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.

4. Sales Performance: Track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

5. Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in inside sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth.

2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Experience with CRM software, sales tools, and data analysis.

4. Ability to work in a global environment, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
