We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Manager - International Sales (B2B)

to strengthen and expand our presence in

European markets

. This role focuses on

export sales, distributor-led growth, and international business development

, with frequent overseas travel primarily across Europe.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in

B2B export sales

, hands-on international client engagement, and the ability to build and manage overseas distributor and dealer networks while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



European Sales Management:

Manage and grow sales across

European territories

, driving revenue growth and market penetration through export and channel sales.

Export Sales Strategy:


Support the development and execution of export sales strategies aligned with market dynamics and business objectives.

Distributor & Dealer Development:


Develop, expand, and manage

overseas distributor and dealer networks

, ensuring alignment with company standards and achievement of sales targets.Undertake

frequent overseas travel (primarily to Europe)

for client meetings, distributor development, business development initiatives, and trade shows.Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within Europe to expand the company's global footprint.Develop strong product knowledge (industrial tools, small equipment, etc.) to effectively communicate value propositions to international customers.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to refine sales and expansion strategies.Work closely with internal teams including marketing, logistics, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of export sales operations.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage distributor/dealer networks overseas.Ability to analyze market data, customer requirements, and competition to drive effective sales strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.Strong understanding of cross-cultural business practices, especially within European markets.Proactive, result-focused professional capable of working independently in a global business environment.
