• Strategic Sourcing Projects: Drive strategic sourcing projects and Best Cost Country (BCC) execution for CNH worldwide plants, AMS, and product development (AG & CE).
• Commodity Categories: Manage categories including castings, forgings, gears, hydraulics, transmissions, electricals, tires, cooling systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Commodity Strategy: Formulate and implement commodity strategies with input from global key stakeholders.
• Supplier Management: Select suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish contracts in line with local and global strategies for new and current product parts, ensuring target costs and timelines are met.
• Purchasing Processes: Ensure adherence to purchasing processes and systems to establish business contracts with suppliers as per Delegation of Authority (DoA).
• Cost Negotiations: Lead annual cost negotiations, including year-over-year (YOY) adjustments, raw material (RM) fluctuations, and commercial cost reductions. Support Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives with team.
• Material Cost Management: Manage material costs, including raw materials, economics, and productivity.
• Budgeting: Budget for material costs, capital, and revenue, and continuously monitor the budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key global and domestic stakeholders to develop a collaborative strategic sourcing plan for commodities and establish long-term agreements with strategic suppliers.

Risk Management: Monitor, manage, and address risks in the supply base related to delivery, finance, and capacityExperience Required

• Over 20 years of experience in the Off-highway, Automotive, or Industrial industry.
• Experience in purchasing/sourcing within a matrix environment, with a preference for global sourcing experience.
• Proficient in sourcing, quality, costing, stakeholder management (including global businesses), team management, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated abilities in strategic thinking, change management, communication, and negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of supplier base and various manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with purchasing processes and systems.
