Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring employees within the organization are kept informed and motivated. He/she has various channels via which the same can be accomplished through several channels, such as an intranet, email bulletins, social media, and newsletters.
Role Accountability
Act as a facilitator to drive end-to-end employee engagement initiatives within the organization. Delivering consistent approach to all internal communications
Manage all communications, collateral and branding for MD town halls and other large internal organizational events
Collaborate with cross-functional committees and teams within the organization for execution of specific activities
Delivering consistent approach to all internal communications.
Manage all internal communications and advisories for all employees as necessary. Initiate employer branding as required
Manage all communication around HR campaigns such as annual PMS cycle, employee engagement, GPTW survey etc. End-to-end execution of HR newsletter
Update the response on the employee voice portal on a ongoing basis as per the defined TAT
Manage the employee intranet portal, Digital display screens ensuring periodic refresh of the content. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence
Vendor management including invoice processing
Work towards employer branding initiatives wherever applicable with TA leader & Marketing team
Build the internal engagement committees to drive business level interventions, may need to travel as required
Own the execution of all the internal leadership events, engagement interventions and Townhalls
Work with cross-functional teams and internal committees to execute employee engagement strategy
Business off-site planning and budget management
Management of the employee engagement budget, track and drive utilization
Bench-mark industry practices and introduces new engagement interventions within the organization
Managing the event vendors and documentation from audit purpose
Plan a calendarized approach for the Engagement initiatives, with a focus on regional locations and off-location employees
Measures of Success
Timely roll out of all communications, with approvals in place
Quality of communication collateral prepared
Effective management of communication channels
Employee feedback on events conducted
Employee Engagement initiatives outcomes and effectiveness basis the employee survey
Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
