Manager - Internal Audit- 2 Yrs to 5 Yrs - Mumbai
An exciting opportunity for an Internal Audit professional to lead internal audits, investigations, governance, risk management and quality assurance initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and driving continuous improvement through digitization and best-in-class audit practices.

Responsibilities -
Conduct pre-planning and execution of operational, conformance, management and investigative audits across branches, factories, commercial and non-operating areas.
Study SOPs, document process flows, review relevant policies and recommend improvements to strengthen the control environment.
Use digital tools to enhance audit effectiveness while ensuring accuracy of accounting records and compliance with statutory and company policies.
Identify governance issues, review segregation of duties, assess effectiveness of internal controls, and support compliance management.
Contribute to quality assurance initiatives including ISO, Business Excellence and audit process digitization.
Requirements -
Chartered Accountant (Essential).
2-3 years of relevant internal audit or investigation experience.
Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage conflict and work independently in fast-paced environments.
Preferred: Knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools such as SQL and Alteryx.
