Assistant Manager/Manager Sales Job Brief: We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Manager/Assistant Manager to work and lead our Sales team. The ideal candidate would be expected to coach, train, motivate and push the Sales Team to deliver profitable growth. Will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, writing sales reports, and designing effective sales strategies. Must have good leadership skills and the ability to drive company's success. To be successful as a Sales Leader one should have effective communication skills and coordination with the Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing a sales strategy to ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.
- Ability to work in conjunction with team on various tools, supporting local relationships for arriving at required results.
- Develops and maintains effective networks within the business community and industry.
- Ensuring the adherence of IRDA Compliance across the operations and sales teams.
- Training Team Leader and Sales Agents on new developments on regular basis.
- To ensure deliverables are met within the timeframe.
- Keeping a check on unplanned shrinkage & attrition.
- Finding process gaps and key improvement areas.
- 5-10 years of Industry experience in Sales domain.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Health insurance
