Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Sales Manager to focus exclusively on corporate and institutional sales within the local/regional market. This role involves building and managing relationships with corporate offices, institutions, government departments, hospitals, hotels, gyms, spas, educational institutions, and other large organizations to promote and sell our range of water ionizers and hydrogen machines. The position requires mostly local travel (day trips within the city/region) to conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and close bulk/institutional orders. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven salesperson with experience in B2B/institutional sales and a passion for wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with decision-makers in corporate offices (HR, wellness, and facility managers), government institutions, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, gyms, spas, and other organizations.
Conduct on-site product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase the health benefits, technical features, and ROI of water ionizers and hydrogen machines for employee/inmate/guest wellness programs.
Develop customized proposals, quotations, and bulk pricing packages tailored to institutional needs (e.g., multiple units for office pantries, cafeterias, gyms, or patient/guest areas).
Negotiate contracts, payment terms, installation, and after-sales support to close high-value corporate and institutional deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for corporate and institutional segments.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, installation, and servicing of machines post-sale.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, follow up on leads generated from telesales, events, or referrals, and regularly update CRM with account progress.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights from the institutional segment to share with management.
Occasionally support or participate in corporate wellness events, health camps, or exhibitions organized within the region.
Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted campaigns aimed at corporates and institutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field..
2-4 years of experience in B2B/corporate/institutional sales, preferably in health & wellness products, water solutions, medical devices, office equipment, or consumer durables.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals with corporates, government bodies, hospitals, or institutions.
Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision- makers.
Excellent communication skills to explain scientific and technical product benefits in simple, compelling terms.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.
Comfortable with local/day travel within the city/region (own vehicle preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and preparing professional proposals.
Existing network/contacts in corporate HR/wellness departments or institutions will be an added advantage.
