Our mission is to transform engineering education in India.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and persuasive sales professional to lead institutional outreach and drive adoption of Blackbucks' comprehensive suite of offerings, including Virtual Programming Labs (VPL), industry-relevant internships, skill assessments, and employability-focused training programs across India's top engineering colleges.The ideal candidate will engage with Deans (Academics), Vice Chancellors, Heads of Departments - Computer Science, and Training & Placement Officers to showcase how Blackbucks' solutions enhance learning outcomes and improve placement readiness.Key Responsibilities:1.Identify and reach out to academic decision-makers in top engineering colleges across India.2.Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of colleges.3.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive trust and adoption.4.Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, support) to ensure smooth implementation and exceptional customer experience.Required Skills and Qualifications:1.2-5 years of experience in B2B/academic/edtech sales, preferably in the higher education sector.2.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.3.Familiarity with the engineering education landscape and institutional structures.4.Willingness to travel for in-person campus engagements.5.A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and target orientation.Preferred:1.Prior experience working in edtech for higher education.2.Existing relationships or network of academic leaders in engineering colleges.3.Technical background or experience selling technical/academic products.Perks & Benefits:1.Performance-based incentives.2.Travel allowance and reimbursements.
