What will you do:

Lead complex installation, maintenance, and repair projects for customer-installed equipment while maintaining highest quality standards Identify and resolve sophisticated technical challenges during equipment commissioning, installation, and testing processes Build and nurture strong customer relationships while identifying new service growth opportunities Provide expert technical guidance and recommend product upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction Supervise and guide technical teams in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to best practices

Proven track record in field service engineering, specializing in complex equipment installation and maintenance Strong technical troubleshooting abilities combined with excellent problem-solving skills Outstanding customer relationship management capabilities Leadership experience in managing technical teams and operations Solid understanding of service delivery processes and quality standards
