Position: Inside Sales/Business Development Professionals - IT (SoC, Embedded, IOT)Relevant Exp: 5+ yearsLocation: Noida We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales/Business Development Specialist/Manager with a strong background in IoT, and Embedded Systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven experience in technology-driven solutions and will be responsible for new account farming and hunting. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and technical expertise to drive business growth and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:New Account Farming & Hunting:- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the IoT, Embedded Systems, and solutions market.- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new markets and generate sales leads.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth.POC Engagement & Supplier Management:- Lead the development and execution of Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to showcase product capabilities and solutions to potential clients.- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful POC outcomes and manage ongoing supplier relationships.- Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings based on client needs and market trends.Technical Demonstrations:- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations in technical shows, webinars, and client meetings to effectively communicate the value of solutions.- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand product features and the latest technological advancements.Market Research & Strategy:- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, formulating go-to-market strategies accordingly.- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management and making recommendations for improvement.Collaboration & Communication:- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.- Maintain clear and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status using CRM tools.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in IoT, SoC, or Embedded Systems.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through new account acquisition.Skills:- Strong technical knowledge of software solutions and the technology landscape.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a B2B setting.Personal Attributes:- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.- Adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment and readiness to take on new challenges.
