Role Overview
The Manager - Inside Sales will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value enterprise leads across defined geographies. This role combines sales acumen with consultative engagement and requires a sharp understanding of technology, market dynamics, and regional business nuances. The position offers a clear career path toward Sales Manager / Regional Sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
 Generate and qualify leads across assigned industries and geographies through targeted outreach.
 Build strong CXO-level connects and position Newgen's value proposition effectively.
 Drive campaigns for 2-3 countries, collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams. . (US, APAC, MEA, APAC, UL/EU)
 Conduct in-depth account research to understand organizational structure, priorities, and buying behavior.
 Maintain high engagement with prospects through regular communication and nurture programs.
 Leverage CRM tools to manage pipeline, track interactions, and report progress.
 Support sales cycles by scheduling demos, coordinating proposals, and following up on opportunities.
Key Skills & Attributes
 6-9 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Demand Generation within IT / SaaS / Enterprise Tech.
 Prior experience in enterprise inside sales or lead generation environment.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in CXO-level conversations.
 Strong analytical and research capabilities for account profiling.
 High level of initiative, persistence, and goal orientation.
 Keen interest in moving toward a direct sales or business development role.
