consumable & devices distributors and manufacturers with healthcare providers i.e., hospitals,

clinics, etc. We are a healthcare providers preferred one-stop online surgical store for all their

medical & healthcare supply requirements.

Preferred Skill Set:




Strong team-building and team-handling capabilities. Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams toward achieving targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities. Experience in lead generation and effective lead allocation. Skilled in sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline management. Proficient in sales coaching and performance enhancement.

Role & Responsibilities:




Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve individual and team

targets.

Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve performance and productivity. Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive lead conversion and revenue

growth.

Allocate and track leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely

follow-up and closure.

Monitor sales metrics, pipeline status, team activities, and conversion ratios through

CRM and dashboards.

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and forecasts. Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, workflows, and CRM

usage.

Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts

with business goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and drive accountability within the

team.

Ensure strong customer experience and brand representation in all prospect

interactions.
