Job Description

An Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales entirely via phone, email and video no field travel required. You'll build pipelines, qualify prospects, deliver presentations, negotiate deals and serve as the trusted point of contact remotely. Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and source potential customers through online research, outreach campaigns, and cold calling. - Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on needs, budgets, relevance, and interest. - Sales Outreach: Engage prospects via calls, emails, and video/comms tools. - Product Presentation: Showcase product/service features-typically via demos-and tailor pitches to address specific pain points. - Negotiation & Closing: Handle pricing discussions, overcome objections, create proposals, and close deals. - Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all activity, maintain customer records accurately, update deal stages and generate sales reports. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and account teams to optimize messaging, campaigns, and customer handoffs. - Ongoing Learning: Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities, and actively suggest improvements.
