Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for hospital infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems and plumbing
Develop and implement emergency response plans for facility-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations
Establish and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life
Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks
Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols
Preferred:
Min of 8 years of experiencewith hospital background
Willing to travel multiple work locations in and around Mogappair location
