What You Will Do
As a manager, you are responsible for managing a team of analysts, consultants, testers or engineers and driving deliveries within a program/project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing).
Conduct user interviews, process reviews, meetings, workshops for fully understanding of business requirements and functional/technical needs.
Demonstrate a high level of ownership, leadership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation/post go-live support environment.
Best practices to improve overall process performance and set up KPI framework.
Provide direct leadership for all functional professionals
Work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize requirements.
Coordination of functional/technical activities with Delivery/Program/project and business.
Apply business analysis principles to elicit, understand and document requirements. This will require holding meetings and workshops
Ability to work cohesively in a team environment and act as a knowledge expert.
Identify, reuse, and enrich the existing functional realizations
Collaborate openly to clarify vision, processes, scope, and end state capabilities and to secure commitments and maintain accountability
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Candidate should have a bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.
10 - 15 years' experience in ERP Infor M3 - Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Planning & Demand all modules.
Experience with Infor M3 ERP is preferred, although experience with similar ERP solutions will be considered.
Experience playing a delivery/project lead role in full life cycle implementations, Upgrades, Rollouts, and post go live support.
Working Knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies.
Experience in domain & Infor M3 product configuration, functionality, and processes knowledge with 3rd party applications as well.
Knowledge of Infor tools, techniques & best practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and processing.
Excellent in People/Delivery/Time management skills
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Conducting research of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis.
Creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans.
Having prior experience in people management and contribution mindset.
What Will Put You Ahead
Must have the ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet customer service level agreements and expectations.
Handling overall activities for ERP- Infor M3) module in the project till go -live as a delivery in functional areas.
Adept and proactive at problem solving and conflict resolution

Communication changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements.
Knowledge/experience in MOD designing Functional specifications, documentation & delivery.
Prior experiences in ERP Infor Data Management (Data structure, model, mapping, cleansing, extract & upload/download).
