Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a talented and driven Manager - Industry to join our dedicated team for service business tendering, you will play a crucial role in having account planning ,preparing specifications for MV Drive , PLC , Machine solutions , ESP rotating and visiting site and understanding detailed requirement based on preparing brownfield solution for customer .
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Identifying the offer fit to specific customer segments and analyzing Business Potential .
• Identifying customer / segment actual need and analyzing customer requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive Schneider solution that aligns with customer needs and project objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IA activity , engineering to ensure schneider specification /Value Proposition .
• Providing technical support and expertise for site study and preparing detailed service-oriented solution .
• Plan for deployment of consultative selling /Value proposition-based strategy in various segments/customers .
• Build relationships with key external influencers to educate , inform and solicit support for services Business
• Driving the growth of the topline in each Industry Target segment.
• Expert in PLC Modernization, Drive Modernization, Machine solution Modernization, Predictive Maintenance for Rotating equipment and recurring services Business.

Knowledge in Automation -LV Drive ,Soft starters /MV drive / PLC -Automation /Machine Solution /SCADA and asset management.

• Additional knowledge on Digital solutions, cyber securityand Plant operation knowledge shall be preferred
• Good planning & inter-personal & communication skills and decision making is extremely important.
• Previous experience in Marketing , Execution & prescription of services Business especially related with Automation and Drives .

• Degree in Electrical Engineering. MBA would be preferred.
• 7-10 years of working experience is preferable in Electrical distribution/Service business.
