Postgraduate in HR, IR, Labour Welfare or Law (MBA/MSW/LLB preferred).
8-12 years of experience in plant HR & IR roles, with at least 3 - 4 years in a team managerial capacity.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, factory compliance, and contract workforce management.
Experience in handling statutory portals and compliance reporting.
Strong team leadership and people management
Expertise in statutory compliance and labour laws
Effective contractor and vendor management
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Analytical mindset with focus on process and documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and compliance platforms
