Department Details Role Summary Key Responsibilities:
Manage Day-to-Day Intranet Operations:
o Lead content publishing, updates, and maintenance across the platform. o Ensure intranet content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand and tone guidelines.
Collaborate Across Teams:
o Serve as a liaison between Global Communications, HR, IT, and business functions to gather requirements and support departmental intranet pages. o Offer guidance and training to content owners and contributors on best practices, governance, and content strategy.
Platform Development & User Experience:
o Support the ongoing evolution of the intranet site, identifying and implementing enhancements to improve usability and engagement. o Recommend features and tools that enhance navigation, interactivity, and searchability.
Content Strategy & Editorial Planning:
o Work with the Global Communications, Human Resources and multiple departments to develop and manage an editorial calendar for internal storytelling and employee engagement initiatives. o Ensure consistent voice and messaging across all intranet content.
Governance & Analytics:
o Maintain intranet content standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks. o Track and report usage metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Skills:
5-8 years of experience in digital content management, preferably within a corporate or internal communications setting.
Foundational understanding of technology
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and familiarity with other digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, Yammer/Viva Engage).
Prior experience of managing an Intranet or website.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience collaborating across functions and with global teams.
Attention to detail, with an eye for clean design and user experience.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in communications, digital media, UX, or related field.
Experience supporting intranet launches or digital workplace initiatives.
Knowledge of web accessibility and information architecture principles.
