Job responsibilities:
- The Manager - Incentive Compensation Delivery will play a critical role in overseeing the strategic delivery of incentive compensation solutions for pharmaceutical sales teams, while driving strategic
growth, thought leadership, and fostering crossfunctional collaboration. This position involves directing a team of analysts and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with
stakeholder expectations and industry best practices.
- Data Analytics tools Javelin, sales IQ similar platform, SQL, python, Alteryx, advanced excel.
- Proficient in Power Point. Any BI tools. US region. Pharma IC exp
- Overall experience -10 -15 years. 4-5 years' experience into Team management ; 10-15 people direct reporting and indirect reporting of 7-10.
- Entire team based in Bangalore. Leadership experience.
