We're Hiring | Hospital Network & Claims Operations.

We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience of 4 -6 years for Manager position in healthcare hospital network management (Pan-India) and claims operations to join our growing team.

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Hospital & Network Empanelment - Agreement signing, tariff negotiation, and onboarding

Relationship Management - Ensuring seamless cashless services during employee admissions

Hospital Bills & KYC Management - Collection and verification of hospital KYCs and claim bills within defined TATs

Startup Operations - Setting up and streamlining processes for new business initiatives

Concurrent Claims Audit - Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation

Reporting & Compliance - Management MIS, TAT tracking, and adherence to SOPs

Case Management - Negotiating with hospitals for high-value and critical cases

Internal Stakeholder Coordination - Cross-functional collaboration for smooth network operations.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

? Experience in healthcare hospital network / claims operations

? Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

?Knowledge of cashless processes, audits, and compliance

? Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
