Job description for Civil Execution Engineer
A civil engineer designs, supervise, and coordinates civil engineering related activities in wind power project.
1. To conduct site feasibility study,
2. Assess resources, planning, cost management, design management, procurement & execution.
3. Knowledge about physical civil surveys using a variety of equipment and tools.
4. Hands on knowledge in Auto-Cad.
5. Accountable for timely execution & completion of allotted work.
6. Take responsibility for site progress & comply site requirement considering Scheduled Supply Plan.
7. Knowledge about structural drawings, road development for wind mills, gradient related specifications, wind turbine foundation activity, crane pad development, drainage system etc.
8. Knowledge of schedules, BOQ, official letter drafting.
9. Co-ordination with Clients regarding project related issues & feedback.
10. Follow-up & Co-ordination with sub-contractor for the execution of work.
11. Administrative responsibility on the department level to maintain uninterrupted work flow.
12. Manage team of Supervisors working down the line.
13. Understanding of all the equipment, material being used in the Project stage.
14. Plan Cost Effectiveness measurement & execute necessary cost cutting activities.
15. Preparation of bills/invoices for sub-contractor along with JMC.
16. Knowledge of safety norms and implementation at site.
17. Day to day reporting to Project coordinator.
18. Preparing and circulation of Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report & Monthly Progress Report.
19. Following correct sequence of work.
20. Review and resolve customer comments and Implement at site with Senior's approval.
21. Periodical meeting with Sub-contractors to resolve the issues, stimulate site progress etc.
22. Attending all punch points as per client requirements.
