Do you want to be the tech leader responsible for powering India\'s favourite co-branded credit card? This role provides opportunity to lead a tech team of high achievers, interact with top leaders of partner banks and Visa and turn India\'s favourite co-branded credit card to India\'s preferred credit card. As a tech leader you will be responsible for leading and building a highly scalable and reliable Amazon\'s India CBCC tech platform. This platform enables Amazon to server customers in space of: 1) Marketing/advertising, 2) customer acquisition, 3) customer engagement and 4) servicing of co- branded credit card offered in collaboration with ICICI.

Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card (CBCC) is India\'s most loved co-branded credit card issued in collaboration with ICICI Bank and Visa. Customers earn uncapped rewards using this card by spending on various categories both On and Off Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
