Role Summary
The Manager II - HR (Business Support & Enablement) serves as a strategic HR partner to multiple business verticals, aligning talent strategies with organizational goals. This role drives employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and HR advisory support to leaders, while enabling a positive and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
Develop and execute talent strategies aligned to business objectives and future workforce needs.
Partner with business leaders to forecast talent requirements and build scalable workforce plans.
Coach leaders through organizational changes, team restructuring, and leadership development.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and lead engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
Implement retention strategies and proactively identify attrition risks using data-driven insights.
Lead the rollout of Rewards & Recognition (R&R), performance promotion cycles, and compensation processes with transparency and equity.
Employee Relations & Policy Governance
Serve as a trusted HR advisor for leaders and employees across business units.
Manage conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and fairness.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and relevant employment laws.
Performance & Talent Development
Drive implementation of performance management frameworks that promote accountability and growth.
Partner with leaders to define career pathways, succession plans, and internal mobility strategies.
Identify high-potential talent and support their development through structured programs in collaboration with Learning & Development.
Insights & HR Analytics
Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, hiring trends, engagement insights, and performance outcomes.
Present recommendations to leadership to support data-backed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Client Partnership
Represent HR in internal and external stakeholder meetings, showcasing organizational culture and talent capabilities.
Build strong cross-functional collaborations to drive strategic initiatives and improve employee experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within matrixed or multi-vertical environments.
Demonstrated experience in talent strategy, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data trends.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability.
