Description and Requirements The purpose of the IDG Financial Operations Specialist is to support both the increase of marketing budget process efficiency and build and manage robust processes for operational excellence and discipline. Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations: As part of this role, the IDG Financial Operations Specialist is expected to fulfil the following duties: Experience: 7+ Yrs Qualification: Any Graduate Anaplan operations including budget loading and assisting segment and functional teams to upload campaigns and PRs Regular spend tracking and BMS with IDG marketing segment and functional teams to ensure full utilization of the gross marketing budget (net + alliance budget) Regular interlock with segment and functional teams to ensure allocations, campaign requests, PR requests, POE submissions and reimbursements are on-track Support segment and functional teams for procurement readiness such as getting SOW, CW ID etc in place E2E tracking of investments from plan to payment with the support of partner teams Maintain effective tracking system to provide early visibility of plan deviations and risk. Problem solving Critical Thinker Finance Analysis.
