The HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end HR operational processes to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and efficient service delivery across the employee lifecycle. This role oversees HR Data and Policy Management, Employee Lifecycle Transactions, HR Systems and Reporting, and ensures process excellence through strong governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
