Position will cater to entire gamut of HR (60-65% shall be Recruitment)
Reports to GM \xe2\x80\x93 HR
Business Partnering with business leaders in the region.
Driving recruitment for the region through job portals and hiring diversity talent.
Drive learning and development programs including online ones and talent management
initiatives in the region.
Driving the performance management, employee engagement and volunteering
initiatives in the region.
Managing HR operations, onboarding, R&R initiatives, Health & wellness initiatives.
Driving attrition action planning.
Connecting with employees and resolving the issues.
Compliance on documentation on areas; recruitment, DOR, exit clearance and F&F.
Coordinate with external vendors on ref-checks, pre-joining medical tests and internal
stakeholders.
Working on HR projects.
