1. Maintaining leave applications of the Workers.
2. Maintaining Overtime records of the workers
3. Maintaining Attendance of all Workers.
4. Maintaining leave records of employees
5. Registration of ESIC & PF of employees as well as PF Withdrawal formalities & Advance Payment Process.
6. Maintaining compensatory off records and tracking of the same
7. Grievance Handling of workers
8. Issuing of Form 37(ESIC) to employees following under ESIC and Monitoring the record thereof the same.
9. Laisoning with BMC Officials.
10. Keeping track of employees who are on Trial Basis and getting them on employment by coordination with concern person
11. Full and Final Settlement of employees.
12. Feeding of ESIC details of all employees to generate E- Challans.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
